Holy moly, batman. Christmas is in 2 days. Can you even stand it!? Are you ready? The hubs and I are currently in Chicago visiting with family (and snuggling my newborn nephew!) and enjoying all the festivities. And what are Christmas festivities without some delicious treats? I’m rounding up some of my favorite holiday treats just in time for you to whip up for your family’s celebrations! Be warned… you may start drooling!
Just popping in real quick to let you all know that I’m sharing my last creative team post over on I Heart Naptime! Go check out my fantastic recipe for homemade Eggnog Marshmallows!
Hi!!!!!! I’ve missed you guys! I feel like I have been gone forever! I took the week of Thanksgiving off of blogging to spend some time with family and friends. Did you all have a good Thanksgiving? We had a wonderful time and heaps of fantastic food!
Enough about Thanksgiving. On to the next holiday! It’s Christmas time, peeps! Woot! It’s really feeling Christmas-y here in Colorado what with all the snow we are getting today! Anywho. On to the recipe!

I would hoard pastries if it wasn’t “socially unacceptable”. I have often said to the hubby that if I had to choose a different profession, I would be a pastry chef. My latest obsession has been with these easy cream cheese danish.

Even though I’m gone, I wanted to share one more post with you guys before taking a week off. Today I’m sharing a recipe that screams “FALL!” to me. I know that donuts aren’t necessarily a fall food, but these Cinnamon Sugar Baked Donuts definitely taste a bit like fall. Plus, they are baked. And turning on the oven is definitely not something that I am willing to do in the summer heat. They are tasty and cakey and all things yummy. Continue reading
