Breaded Ranch Chicken with Hidden Valley

Breaded Ranch Chicken

I am a huge fan of all things Ranch flavored. I love ranch as a dip and ranch as a dressing. We always have a spare bottle of ranch in the pantry and I even have a spice tin devoted specially to dry ranch mix. So when Hidden Valley® asked if I would be interested in remixing one of my classic recipes with one of their Ranch products, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. My immediate thought was to remix a classic breaded chicken and turn it into an amazing Breaded Ranch Chicken!

Caramel & Pecan {Turtle} Brownies

Beware the Ides of March!! Or rather, beware your waistline because of these brownies!

Caramel & Pecan {Turtle} Brownies

I’m a huge fan of turtles. No, not the animal {though those can be pretty adorable}. I’m talking turtles of the caramel, pecan, and chocolate variety. And since my birthday was this past Wednesday, I took advantage of the excuse and made the most amazing, decadent brownies. Seriously people. These rock my socks off. They may just be the best brownies I’ve ever had… and trust me, I’m a professional brownie taster {Ok, not really. And before that, my grandma was making it. Apparently, it is a recipe that was given to my grandmother by her neighbor, Mrs. Morton, way back when. So in our family, we’ve always called it Mrs. Morton’s fudge. But you can call it the best Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge ever!

Churro Popcorn {Guest Post}

Merry Christmas Eve to all of you! I hope you have a fantastic day celebrating to your family!

While I’m still away in Chicago spending the holidays with family, I have another amazing blogger sharing today on LPH. Her name is Alicia from Last Night’s Dinner. Alicia and I met through a few other bloggy friends and, boy, am I ever glad we met! Not only does she have wonderful recipes, mad photography skills, but she is so incredibly sweet and kind! And I love bloggy stalking her! Alicia has a mouth-watering recipe to share with all of you today. Take it away, Alicia!

I’m so glad Talitha invited me to post today! My name is Alicia and I blog at Last Night’s Dinner. I’m an RN, an avid reader, a wannabe photographer, and I love to cook and bake. My husband and I have been married almost ten years, and have two little girls, ages five and one. My five year old is as picky as they come, and my toddler eats anything and everything. I love to try new recipes, and often just make things up as I go!
