Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

“Ask and ye shall receive.” You asked, now you receive! I’ve shared with all of you my homemade vanilla coffee creamer. Then I shared my homemade caramel coffee creamer. Then you asked for a pumpkin spice creamer. Your wish is my command {well, your wish for pumpkin spice creamer. I can’t get you a pony or anything}!

Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ⅛ tsp ground cloves or allspice
  • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
Pumpkin Spice Creamer
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3½ tbsp pureed pumpkin
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, ginger, cloves/allspice, and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly. Set aside. {This is your pumpkin pie spice.}
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, heavy cream, pumpkin, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. When it begins to steam, remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer {to get rid of any pumpkin chunks!} and store in the fridge.
