Slow-Cooker Chili

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 24 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • ⅛ tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
Instructions
  1. In a medium skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain.
  2. In a slow-cooker, combine cooked ground beef, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, beans, cayenne pepper, sugar, oregano, pepper, salt, cumin, and chili powder {AKA: dump everything in!}. Mix thoroughly. Cook on medium heat for 4 hours.
