White Chocolate Biscoff Popcorn

  • 2 bags microwaveable kettle corn popcorn
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Biscoff spread
  1. Line 2 baking sheets with wax paper. Set aside.
  2. Pop 2 bags of popcorn in the microwave, per popcorn instructions. Place in a large bowl.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave in 30 second increments, mixing in between until smooth.
  4. Add biscoff spread to melted chocolate, stirring until combined and smooth.
  5. Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn and stir with spatula to coat.
  6. Spread popcorn out on wax paper lined trays and place in the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes. store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
