Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  1. Melt sugar, milk, butter, and corn syrup in a large sauce pan and boil for 4 minutes, whisking occasionally.
  2. Add cocoa, whisk in and boil for 4 more minutes.
  3. Remove pan from heat. Using a rubber spatula, add in vanilla extract, marshmallow and peanut butter. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour into jelly roll pan and smooth out with spatula.
  5. Let cool to room temperature before cutting.
