Cookies & Cream Popcorn

  • 2 bags microwaveable kettle corn popcorn
  • 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed {I did half regular and half mint flavored}
  • 1 {12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
  1. Pop 2 bags of popcorn according to instruction. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the cookies and popcorn. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments, mixing in between until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the melted chocolate chips over the popcorn/cookie mixture and use spatula to evenly coat.
  5. Pour the other half of the melted chocolate chips over and stir to coat again.
  6. Spread popcorn out on parchment paper and allow chocolate to set for about 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
