Bookpage Valentine’s Bunting

Now that Christmas and New Year’s have come and gone I’m completely over winter. I’m ready for spring. I’m ready for warm days and for days that I can wear my flip flops again without fear of getting frostbite! So in my effort to move forward and welcome the warm weather, I’m decorating for Valentine’s Day! I don’t really have any Valentine’s decorations so I’m making them all from scratch! I already made my Sparkling Valentine’s Wreath and now I’m starting to work on my love inspired mantel so I decided to make a Bookpage Valentine’s Bunting!

Sparkling Valentines Wreath

Valentine’s Day is 1 month from today! Can you believe it!? I love any good holiday that gives me extra reasons to love on my fella. You may already realize that I have a slight obsession with wreaths {seen here, here, here, and here… wow that’s a lot}! So, of course, I decide to make another one for Valentine’s day! And you know I loves all things sparkly! I’m seriously loving my Sparkling Valentines Wreath!

My Blogging Resolutions

I’m not much of a resolution person. In fact, I tend to think that resolutions are just goals waiting to be broken. At least with my resolutions. But maybe my resolutions are just aiming too high {I guess it is nearly impossible for me to go cold turkey on ice cream ;)}. So most years I just don’t even bother making a list of resolutions! But this year I decided to give resolutions another shot… but this time… blogging resolutions!

New Year’s Party Blowers

Happy New Year’s Eve to all of you! I hope you are having a great holiday thus far! Do you have any big plans to ring in the new year? We keep New Year’s around here pretty low key. Partially because I like to be in bed shortly after midnight! 😉 But I do still enjoy making the evening special! So I made these super simple but awesome New Year’s Party Blowers!

Gingerbread Cider {Guest Post}

Today is the last day of guest posts I have set for all of you! The hubby and I are heading back home tomorrow!

I want to introduce you to another of my favorite bloggers! Her name is Alyssa from The Recipe Critic. She is probably one of the sweetest people I’ve never met! We became fast friends and I can’t go a day without going to her blog and drooling over some food! Alyssa has a fantastic recipe for all of you today. The floor is yours, Alyssa!

I am so glad that Talitha gave me the opportunity to come over and guest post today.  I absolutely love this girl!  We have become friends through our blogs and she is the sweetest, nicest blogger I know!  Not to mention I love her blog and all of the fun ideas and recipes she has.

I am Alyssa over at The Recipe Critic.  I am always testing out delicious recipes in my kitchen.  My family rates and reviews the recipes and I give my personal input on how the recipe can be changed or things that I did differently.  I have always loved to cook!  I especially love this time of year with all of the fun holiday treats and family traditions.   We always love being warm and cozy in our house snuggling up in a blanket sipping on some hot cider or chocolate.  One of our absolutely favorite cider recipe is this Gingerbread Cider.  My neighbor gave me this recipe and told me that we had to try it!  We loved it!  It has the perfect spices in it and makes it absolutely delicious.  It is always fun to be with the family making up some of this hot gingerbread cider and a fresh batch of gingerbread cookies!
