Guys! I had no clue you could make good Chinese food at home. Forget good. I didn’t even know you could make half-way decent Chinese food at home. I tried once. Yeah. Once. That should tell you how it went. Suffice it to say that we made a fast food run that night. I haven’t even attempted since. That was more than 2 years ago.
The other day I plucked up the courage to try again, pulled on my big girl panties, and gave it another go. And guess what, a HUGE raging success!! I can’t even get over how amazingly delicious this baked sweet & sour chicken is! I haven’t been able to have the sweet and sour chicken at my favorite Chinese place ever since I went gluten-free (more on that another time) so the fact that this stuff uses cornstarch and is 100% gluten-free made my day!
Hi. My name is Talitha. And I’m a Ranch-aholic. “Hi Talitha.”
My history with all things ranch probably started when I was 7 years old. We were visiting family in Missouri and ordered some pizza. My cousin told me of the amazingness that is Hidden Valley Ranch + pizza. I’ve been a giant fan ever since… as evidence here and here. So when Hidden Valley asked me to recreate an old family favorite with a special ranch-y twist, I was totally game. Now we have a new favorite: Spicy Ranch Potato Wedges!

You know… the kind you want to take a spoon to but don’t because you know people will judge you for eating straight butter? I’ve tried to make it at home before but it wasn’t ever quite right. And then I finally figured it out! In fact, I think this Cinnamon Honey Butter is way better than the stuff you get in the restaurants.
I’m a bad blogger. A bad bad blogger. I actually made up these amazing Honey Pull-Apart Rolls for Thanksgiving. Yes. I know. That was 1.5 months ago. But better late than never, right!? While I am slow and very bad, these incredible rolls are NOT! In fact, the dear friends we had Thanksgiving with started calling them crack rolls. They are insanely addictive. Despite the fact that I made these for Thanksgiving, they are definitely not a holiday only recipe. I would eat these every night if I could. Plus, the cold weather makes me want to make delicious hearty stuff and these rolls definitely fit the bill. Continue reading
